Who we are

Manvro is the name under which [company name] works, company number (CUI) [CUI], registered at [registered address]. The company is the controller of the personal data we receive through this site.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote through the form, we receive what you fill in:

• the services you are interested in;
• the project details: where it stands now, the address of your current site, what you want to solve, the features and goals you pick;
• your budget and timing;
• your name and email address, your company and your phone or WhatsApp number if you give them, and how you prefer us to reply.

With the request we also receive the country it was sent from, worked out from your IP address. We use the IP address only to stop requests sent in bulk and do not store it.

If you email us directly, we receive your address and what you write.

Like any server, the one hosting this site sees your IP address and browser type on every visit, so it can deliver the pages and protect them from abuse. We use no visitor analytics and no ads.

Why we use it

We use what you send through the form to reply, discuss the project and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: these are steps we take at your request before a possible contract.

We use the IP address to protect the form from spam. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the form working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You do not have to give us your details, but without them we cannot answer your request. We do not send newsletters or ads, and we make no automated decisions about you.

Who else receives it

Your data passes through a few services we use. Each one handles it only to provide that service to us:

• Resend sends the form's emails: your request to us and the confirmation to you. We use Resend's EU region (Ireland).
• Zoho Mail hosts the contact@manvro.com inbox, in Zoho's EU data centre. Requests and your emails arrive there.
• Vercel hosts the site and runs the form.

Resend and Vercel are US companies. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Apart from these services we give your data to no one and never sell it. We would show it to an authority only if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a contract, and the emails about them, are kept for 12 months after the last message, then deleted.

If you become a client, we keep your data for as long as we work together, and after that only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting.

You can ask us at any time to delete it sooner: write to contact@manvro.com.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time:

• for a copy of the data we hold about you;
• to correct data that is wrong;
• to delete your data;
• to limit how we use it while a problem is being sorted out;
• to give it to you in a format you can use elsewhere;
• to stop using it on the basis of our legitimate interest (the right to object).

Write to contact@manvro.com. We reply within one month.

If you think we have misused your data, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, dataprotection.ro. If you live in another EU country, you can also go to the authority there.
